• name of company
• address, telephone/fax numbers, e-mail/website addresses
• name of company representative
• date of establishment and brief history
• number of overseas schools which you represent (listed by country)
• names of the Italian schools which you currently represent
• names of officials at three schools (preferably Italian) which you represent and whom we may contact as references
• an outline of your strategy for promoting Milan Fashion Campus, including your financial and other expectations

How to apply Study in Milan Fashion Campus

Admission Procedure
Students must send the application
Students must attend at least a 2 month course

ENROLLMENT BOOKING
Student must Book the Course

As soon as we receive this payment (For the payment by bank transfer send us a photocopy of bank transfer by fax or e-mail) and photocopy of passport (by mail, fax or e-mail) we'll send you, by mail inscription certificate and invoice.

IMPORTANT:
A booking is cancelled after 30 days if not confirmed.
The amount of 500 EURO is enrollment fee, in case you cannot attend the course anymore, this amount will not be refunded.

Language requirement
All candidates must have a good knowledge of English Spanish and/or Italian in order to follow the course of their choice.
Submission of CV and Portfolio

Candidates are request to send: Copy of bachelor or diploma with transcript , Curriculum Vitae statement of purpose , 2- 3 design –to Milan Fashion Campus

Where to send material

Students should send their full application and Portfolio to the Milan Fashion Campus. The attached application form must be filled out and also included. Students will be informed of the outcome of their application within two weeks from receipt of the full application.

VISA - Stay Permit in ITALY

Non-Eu students who plan to stay in Italy for more than 3 moths, will first need to ask
for a study Visa in their home country, then for a stay permit for study reasons once
arrived in Italy (8 days since arrival date).

Intermediate checks

The intermediate checks are carried out by Franchisor

Final Exam

Participation in the final examination and subsequent delivery of the certificate of participation Milan Fashion Campus, has a cost of 150 euros for each student participant.

Each student can purchase Projection independently final exam exclusively through the Web sites of Milan Fashion Campus.

Mode 1: presentation Final Exam
From the date of the purchase of the Final Examination program , the student has 4 months time to send to Milan Fashion Campus the copy of the Final Examination work.
Within 2 months Milan Fashion Campus staff of evaluates the work received - issuing the certificates and send them to the Franchisor. (The program of the final exam is changed each calendar year)

Mode 2: presentation Final Exam
The students who want to present the work of the Final Exam directly in Milan at Milan Fashion Campus, must book the day of presentation ,at least 2 months in advance. In this case the cost of the presentation has is 200 euro per Student

Issue certificate Milan Fashion Campus
The certificate is issued only by Milan Fashion Campus, with the mention / logo of the franchisor.
The certificates are sent only to the Franchisor.
- All students participating to the final Exam will be published on the Officials Websites of Milan Fashion Campus.
Value of the Milan Fashion Campus Certificate ,the value of the certificate is given by the professional proven study program.

Duration contract with the Franchisor

1) The duration of the contract is three years (3 years).

Annual Royalty

The annual royalty starts from 10.000 euro …

Criteria for being a franchisee

The selection criteria of franchisees will include ample financial resources to develop Milan Fashion Campus, good know-how of local market management experience, and relevant fashion experience.
