Who is Angelo Russica?
After Angelo Russica spent studying in fashion for 4 years in the fashion capital, Milan, he made his first steps into the fashion world. He became an assistant in the design team of Giorgio Correggiari, where he had Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of Dolce & Gabbana as collegues, before they became famous Italian designers. This was only the beginning of his journey in the Italian Fashion Industry. After assisting from a young age he worked for another Italian company - Barbas (Menswear Collection). Then, this experience lead him to working with the legendary designer and founder of Versace, Gianni Versace. Being an assistant designer of Gianni for 5 years he was working in the design team for both Women's Wear and Menswear collections: Genny, Spazio and Versus.
After this experience, he left Italy for 4 years to work in Spain. Here, he worked with Induyco – El Corte Inglés in Madrid. Once he returned from Madrid, he started working as a consultant for Gruppo Marzotto, Miroglio Vestebene, Gruppo Max Mara, also in Japan with one of the most important apparel Maker World Company, King Company.
Having all of this experience in the past Russica will tell you how the fashion industry is in Italy and from his young days having Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell walk for the Versace shows in the golden age to his own collections which he presented in the past. From a creative side of fashion to the business side, Angelo Russica will organize a session consisted with information and stories which you can not find just from studying in schools and reading books. He will tell you first handed about how business in the fashion is different from other businesses and how to become successful in it. Ofcourse having an international point of view travelling all over world wide, he will give lectures to your group of students or employees.
